I intend to play Driveclub with it, for recently I tried Thustmaster wheel and was extremely digusted by how terrible that wheel is.

Hi, as this topic has aged quite a bit and I just ordered a Cronus MAX Plus V3, does the Logitech MOMO Racing Force Feeback Wheel ( work with PS4 with full force feedback functionality, without using a PC? I don't believe the MOMO was sufficiently tested with the PS4 wheel edition.
There is plug and play if your wheel is wireless 360 compatible and you use the wireless 360 adapter for windows.
Otherwise you will need a PC to mediate the signal.
I thought the motor was loose, but it turns out much worse.
I think maybe there are internal cracks on the column for some time, since the wheel is quite old and the plastic will have weathered quite a bit.
I don't think there is a set specific to your wheel but they are all pretty much the same.
It wouldn't take long to adapt and existing setup to your wheel.
but before I purchase the cronus Max Plus, I would like some input.
Some posts, and a You Tube video that I watched indicated that while the cronus Max Plus WOULD work that you had to have a PC available and route the controller signal through a PC and then into the ps4. Is there a simple 'plug and play' to be able to plug the wheel directly through the cronus Max Plus without having to do a lot of 'code entering' and/or routing through a pc???
